Join me as I prepare for my postpartum recovery by filling up my freezer and pantry with delicious, healing and nourishing foods specific for postpartum health.  Traditional cultures around the world have created very specific nutrition protocols for women in the early postpartum period, the first forty days after birth.  They all agree that warming, easy to digest, nutrient dense foods are what the postpartum body needs to heal and replenish after birth.  

During these 2 weeks we will meet 6 times to cook together and learn more about the basics of postpartum nutrition.  We will be talking about the importance of postpartum foods for your healing process, which foods and herbs are essential for your recovery, what foods you should avoid and how to prepare some delicious and healing dishes, snacks and drinks.  

COURSE FORMAT

Dates:  June 14 to June 24, 2021

You will receive a zoom link to join me live on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12pm PST.  If you are unable to make it live I will upload a recording to the course platform so you can catch up anytime. 

Two weeks before the start of the program I will send you a shopping list and recipes so you can start planning and gathering your ingredients.  We will go over the ingredients and the basic principles of postpartum nutrition during the first session.  The following sessions we will talk about specific dishes and I will be preparing the foods to guide you through it.

My goal is that we can fill up our freezer/pantry together in preparation for the postpartum so we can have delicious and nourishing meals available for us in the first weeks after birth.  You will have access to the course content for 6 months so you can use it as a guide anytime or share it with friends and family who can help prepare foods for you while you rest and bond with baby.
