SEXUAL AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH

Abdominal, Womb and Pelvic Care

In this hands on hands in bodywork session I combine a variety of modalities to bring balance and healing to the abdomen and pelvis.  This is a therapeutic massage based on the noninvasive manipulation of the abdominal and pelvic organs and tissues to guide them to their proper position and promote the blood, lymph and energy flow of the area to improve your overall health.

Based on ancient and modern healing techniques, this work supports the body’s natural healing capacity by aligning the digestive organs, uterus, bladder and ovaries, restoring the flow and balance of the pelvic bowl and releasing fascial and muscular tension.

The female pelvis is the root of your  creative power, life force energy and intuitive wisdom.  This work is a way to reconnect with your womb and tap into this power.

“I have received Mayan abdominal massage & holistic pelvic care sessions from Andrea.  They were powerful session that helped me unravel information from my pelvic bowl in a different way and gave me important insights on how to heal myself. Andrea is a very knowledgeable & compassionate practitioner.  I found her presence soothing, which permitted me to relax and surrender to what the experience was bringing up.  I highly recommend anyone with a womb to receive healing from this powerful amazing medicine woman.”
